Air duct for ship building
The air duct for ship building is made of fire-resistant PVC fabric, using the reinforced and refined spiral steel wire as its framework. It will not shrivel and draw back even under negative pressure of 8000 Pa. It can be turned and connected easily. It is noted for its light weight, easily moveable, wear-proof, heat resistant, oleic acid resistant and uninflammable. The diameter is from 100mm to 600mm, any length is available according to customer’s request. Each single duct can be connected together to extend the total length.
Equipping with some ventilate sets such as portable ventilation fans, the duct has been widely used in the confined long and narrow space, as well as other bad air environment. Especially for the ventilation of wasted gas, smoke and dust caused by ship welding. And exhaust the bad smell of ship painting, supply fresh air to the ship cabin when workers are working, to provide them a comfortable labor environment. It is a necessary labor equipment aiming at exhausting befouled air.
